We won 2nd place in the Shopping Center category at the GRI Awards 2024 with the Lago Center Project!

The GRI Awards are prizes awarded by the GRI Club with the aim of recognizing projects and executives in the Brazilian real estate market who stand out for their innovation and excellence.

Located in Araguaína, Tocantins, the Lago Center is more than a commercial space. It has become a true social and leisure center for the local community.

Daniel Peres, Vice-President of Rio Verde Engenharia, received the award during the dinner held in São Paulo and commented on how proud he was of the recognition: - It was the first time that Rio Verde Engenharia took part in this award, and winning second place in one of the categories makes the whole team very proud. It's very gratifying to see our work recognized.
