Who we are

Construtora Rio Verde

We are proud to be one of the largest construction companies in Brazil, recognized mainly in the industrial and real estate segments. Our team of more than 600 employees includes professionals dedicated to all areas of engineering knowledge. This allows us to offer our clients a unique experience, which accompanies each project from the conception of the idea to the final delivery of the works. Today, we are based in Campinas/SP and have operations throughout the country.

Rio Verde History

It all began in 1983, in the city of Limeira/SP, when a visionary and restless engineer decided to found Rio Verde. Since then, we have grown and participated in emblematic projects all over Brazil. This successful track record places us among the 20 largest construction companies in the country. But we don't want to stop here. Our desire, in addition to continuing to make a difference in the engineering world, is to transform it into what we will call the FUTURE.

Foundation

Nelson Peres founds Rio Verde. The company's focus is public works and housing.

Industrial Work

Rio Verde carried out its first industrial construction project, which was to become one of its areas of expertise in the future.

Expansion

With the exponential growth of the company and the need to focus on customers and their segments, Business Units were created.

Incorporation

Rio Verde is taking a new step by structuring its development area.
