Rio Verde is proud to present: CULTURE EMBASSADORS
The Culture Ambassadors Program was conceived with the aim of disseminating the values, attitudes and culture that the company aspires to, so that everyone can look in a single direction. To achieve this goal, a team was formed dedicated to designing projects and actions aligned with the six core competencies that will be disseminated throughout the organization over the years: transparency and realism, vision and ownership, collaborative and team spirit, restlessness and non-conformity, taking responsibility and commitment, and respect for processes.
On March 25 and 26, 2024, the first meeting was held with the team of ambassadors, to align concepts and start the process of preparing the projects.
These ambassadors are employees driven by passion and a desire for excellence, who not only understand the importance of the program, but also embrace its proposal.
The ambassadors become defenders of the brand and understand their role as agents of transformation, constantly working to improve the organization.
