An initiative that promotes honesty and translates into dignity for the people around our construction site.

In the sweltering heat of Passos, Minas Gerais, we've set up ice-cream freezers. Everyone can benefit. There is no control over payment. Just a set amount and a place to deposit the notes.

At the end of each month, the proceeds are doubled by Rio Verde and used to buy food baskets for the city's vulnerable population. What do we hope to achieve with this action? To exponentially increase support for citizens, based on transparency with our employees.
