Last week we held the 4th Quality Workshop at Rio Verde, with the theme "Constructive Communication in Quality", given by the incredible speaker Ana Lúcia Spina, from Ynner.
The training was a valuable opportunity for our Quality team to improve practices and exercises focused on strengthening clear and assertive communication. Our aim is to create an even greater connection and engagement with all employees.
